What you will do

• Evaluate and develop strategic accounts and a systematic sales pipeline based on market and competition analysis.
• Ensure order intake and revenue generation within the EU territory and globally.
• Expand and maintain relationships with customers and planners in target industries.
• Implement and refine structured sales and marketing strategies.
• Prepare and execute contract negotiations, offers, and agreements.
• Perform regular revenue forecasting and maintain project data in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Higher education in business or engineering (Process, Pharmaceutical, or Business Administration).
• Experience in sales of plant engineering and piping construction projects.
• Industry knowledge in Pharma, Biopharma, Semiconductors, or Microelectronics.
• Native-level German proficiency and business-fluent English.
• High willingness to travel and time flexibility.
• Basic knowledge of contract law and proficiency in MS Office.
