TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Identifying new business opportunities and generating appointments for the sales team through cold calling and multi-channel outreach with an accent on lead generation and client engagement. Focus on building a pipeline for Account Executives and mastering the cybersecurity SaaS landscape.

Location: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in the Vienna office, 2 days from home)

What you will do

  • Engage potential new customers through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn to generate sales appointments.
  • Communicate hirify.global's value proposition to prospects to help them understand how the platform supports their business.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives across Europe to ensure leads progress through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate activity and account information using Salesforce and Outreach CRM.
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly key activity metrics.
  • Invest in professional growth through continuous training and knowledge sharing with the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Native or C1 German speaking proficiency.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Vienna office.
  • Strong drive to achieve and exceed targets within a fast-growing tech industry.
  • Aptitude for technology and an inquisitive mind regarding the cybersecurity domain.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in SaaS sales.
