Salary: EUR 65,000 gross annually for five years of relevant experience; compensation may be adjusted based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do
- Cultivate and expand the customer base for game development products and services.
- Establish and maintain relationships with game development studios and develop long-term team-augmentation partnerships.
- Organize online meetings and represent the company at international conferences and trade shows.
- Research publishers, IP owners, investors, and public funding opportunities in Austria and Europe.
- Contribute to proposals, offers, and pitch decks by matching funding opportunities with project themes, scope, quality, and timelines.
- Prepare regular reports and support staffing and business decisions using industry and partner insights.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience building successful partnerships and deals in business development, account management, or B2B sales.
- Strong relationship-management, negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, confident, outgoing, patient, and comfortable engaging with industry professionals.
- Interest in game production, studio organization, project budgets, and industry trends, with the motivation to continue learning.
- Willingness to travel and meet potential clients in person.
- Ability to work with sufficient overlap with Central European Standard Time and attend the Vienna site for at least 30 days per year.
