What you will do

• Own the P&L and brand presence for the Los Angeles market.
• Build and lead founding teams across Driver Operations, Quality & Training, Sales, and Marketing.
• Secure the fleet and chauffeurs to prepare the operation for the first ride.
• Develop and execute launch and expansion strategies for LA and surrounding markets.
• Drive business development by identifying new growth and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with the central Product team and navigate California's licensing and compliance landscape.

Requirements

• Based in Los Angeles
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM or Economics from a leading university.
• Minimum 7 years of total experience, including 5+ years in high-growth tech, investment banking, strategy consulting, VC, or private equity.
• Proven track record of launching or scaling a market.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Professional fluency in English
