Sr Director - Area Operations

Location: Denver, Colorado, with work primarily performed at hirify.global restaurants or designated field locations; remote work is permitted when not working at a hirify.global location. Travel: 60%.

Salary: $189,000–$340,000 annually, plus a target annual bonus of 30% of base salary.

What you will do

• Lead and develop 4–6 Directors of Area Operations overseeing approximately 200 company-owned restaurants.
• Drive sales, customer count, profitability, and operational performance across the assigned market.
• Develop talent pipelines, succession plans, staffing strategies, and performance management processes.
• Ensure restaurants meet customer satisfaction and Model of Excellence standards.
• Partner with finance, HR, development, and cross-functional teams on budgets, growth initiatives, capital investment, remodels, relocations, and closures.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of progressively responsible operations management experience.
• Significant experience managing P&L for multi-unit operations.
• Ability to lead, influence, develop organizational capability, and deliver results through diverse stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, financial, marketing, and operating skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree, MBA, or master’s degree is preferred.
• Ability to work primarily at hirify.global restaurants or designated field locations and travel approximately 60%.
