What you will do

• Identify new market opportunities and support cross-sell initiatives to solve client needs.
• Maintain technical pricing standards and underwriting authority for the commercial property product line.
• Set underwriting strategy and manage portfolio aggregation.
• Provide clear underwriting direction to regional teams and ensure effective execution.
• Coordinate and execute product-specific training for underwriters and support staff.
• Collaborate with Business Development teams to manage producer and client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of underwriting expertise, including at least 5 years specifically in Property.
• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Superior verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative leadership style.
• Demonstrated ability to influence leadership, peers, and underwriters.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Undergraduate degree preferred; graduate degree or industry designations are a plus.
