Chief of Staff (Operations)

Location: Must be based in New York (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office).

Compensation: $135,000 – $200,000 base salary + equity.

What you will do

• Build and own the US growth engine, focusing on scaling the sales team and identifying top-tier talent.
• Develop and manage compensation benchmarking models to ensure competitive hiring.
• Rebuild people processes and interview rubrics to improve hiring signal and bar alignment.
• Create onboarding playbooks and tooling to accelerate new hire ramp-up time.
• Oversee strategic projects including North American market expansion and GTM reporting.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in high-paced environments like consulting, banking, VC, or AI startups.
• Proven ability to operate across messy, cross-functional work streams.
• Strong data-driven problem-solving skills with a first-principles approach.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to build trust with leadership.
• Must be based in New York and able to work in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
