Procurement Specialist

What you will do

• Process daily supply requests and track purchase orders from submission to completion.
• Administer the Envi procurement platform, including catalog management and system troubleshooting.
• Maintain data integrity across all purchasing records and documentation.
• Generate spending and pricing trend reports to support cost-savings initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and manage onboarding and compliance.
• Provide operational support and customer service to treatment center leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and management.
• Experience administering electronic purchase order workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience utilizing Envi or similar procurement platforms.
• Prior experience supporting a multi-site healthcare or regulated organization.
