What you will do

• Lead the creation and implementation of sourcing and demand management strategies for assigned spend categories.
• Manage the development of RFx materials, analyze vendor capabilities, and lead supplier selection.
• Partner with business unit leaders to provide procurement expertise and strategic guidance for purchasing opportunities.
• Develop and negotiate contracts with new and existing suppliers to achieve the lowest total system cost.
• Conduct comprehensive category spend analyses, supplier stratification, and industry research.
• Ensure all procurement practices comply with corporate policies and federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a procurement role.
• At least 1 year of experience in strategic sourcing.
• Proven experience in contract negotiations and supplier relationship management.
• Must be based in Pennsylvania for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM).
• Experience in Indirect Category Sourcing or specifically within the Healthcare sector.
• Expertise in procurement technology and complex price analysis.
