What you will do

• Manage a varied workload balancing client service, compliance, and strategic planning.
• Advise clients on funding arrangements including level-funded, fully insured, and ASO plans.
• Coordinate with carriers, stop-loss providers, and TPAs to manage billing and reporting.
• Oversee the enrollment and renewal processes, including benefits confirmation and carrier training.
• Ensure compliance with Form 5500, PCORI fees, Medicare Part D, ACA, and COBRA.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop competitive renewal strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• 5+ years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Strong client relations and communication skills.
• Understanding of multiple funding mechanisms (fully insured, level funded, ASO).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Life & Health License (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment).
• Advanced degree or professional certification.
• Experience with Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
