• Assist transportation providers with inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Manage scheduling tasks, including modifying and canceling reservations per provider requests.
• Document and investigate complaints or incidents to ensure detailed records are maintained.
• Ensure accurate entry of trip-related data and support mileage/cost adjustments.
• Handle high call volumes while maintaining composure and professionalism.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
