Customer On-Site

Location: Reading, PA, United States; on-site work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

Salary: $24–$28 per hour, plus performance-based incentives

What you will do

• Build relationships with facility supervisors and workers and provide timely updates and support.
• Coordinate worker onboarding, introductions, interviews, first-day check-ins, vetting, drug testing, and start schedules.
• Support workers with clock-ins, pay questions, performance feedback, and issue escalation.
• Manage shift schedules, staffing coverage, PPE distribution, attendance issues, and site communications.
• Handle incident management, worker performance concerns, and operational escalations.
• Identify opportunities to expand the account.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments such as staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Professional, polished, approachable, and able to represent hirify.global with workers and client stakeholders.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable coaching workers and enforcing standards.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Reading, PA.
