What you will do

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, packing, and shipping.
• Coordinate material movement for job staging and departmental needs.
• Provide direction, scheduling, and task assignments for the warehouse team.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate staff to improve performance and productivity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain equipment reliability.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in warehouse or operations.
• Must have experience operating a forklift and similar warehouse equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be available for on-call support for 2nd or 3rd shift issues.
