What you will do

• Plan and approve orders to maximize available capacity, including multi-stop truckloads.
• Coordinate load tendering, shipment execution, and daily operational communication.
• Track shipments from origin to destination, proactively identifying issues and driving solutions.
• Source, secure, and assign transportation capacity across carrier networks and brokerage partners.
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms with carriers to support margin and service objectives.
• Utilize transportation systems, carrier portals, load boards, and TMS tools for planning and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or brokerage operations.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex operational scenarios.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication skills for internal and external partner relationship building.

Nice to have

• Experience with load planning, dispatching, or carrier management.
• Experience supporting TL, PTL, LTL, or specialized freight operations.
• Familiarity with carrier sourcing, shipment visibility processes, and TMS.
