Salary: $92,400 – $172,100

What you will do

• Develop and manage long and short range benefit strategies to foster strong client relationships.
• Manage vendor negotiations and the RFP process with minimal supervision.
• Directly advise client leadership, from CEOs down, on appropriate benefit solutions.
• Coordinate and execute project plans and periodic presentations for specific client groups.
• Benchmark survey data for client plans and validate underwriting calculations.
• Mentor, delegate, and direct the work of Associate Consultants and Consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Masters preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry with deep knowledge of benefit plans design and compliance.
• Proficiency in Health & Welfare compliance (HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, 5500, DOL).
• Life Accident & Health Licensure or commitment to achieving it within 12 months.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to travel to client sites approximately 20% of the time.
