Salary: $89,500–$166,900

What you will do

• Analyze client exposures and loss experiences to recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Present accurate market data and provide informed advice on complex risks.
• Manage client renewals, conduct annual advisory reviews, and ensure high retention rates.
• Negotiate with multiple insurance carriers to secure comprehensive coverage options.
• Proactively address client needs and manage expectations through consistent communication.
• Expand client programs and identify opportunities for business growth through referrals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience with High-Net-Worth clientele.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
• Strong client service orientation with the ability to manage expectations effectively.
• Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the NY Metro area for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, or CPRIA.
• Previous experience with luxury carriers like AIG, Chubb, or PURE.
• Experience with Epic System.
