Client Manager - Commercial Insurance (Commercial Insurance)

Location: 9171 Towne Centre Drive, San Diego, California 92122, United States. Work is performed in an office environment with occasional travel to client sites, including possible overnight stays.

Base salary: $64,700–$120,400 per year, plus potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support to Client Executive Service and perform Client Administrator duties for existing clients.
• Analyze coverage and claims data for new and renewal business.
• Prepare renewal specifications, draft proposals, loss summaries, large loss reports, and stewardship reports.
• Support or manage renewal marketing and help prepare and deliver new business and renewal presentations.
• Prepare and review experience modification projections using Intellicomp or other available software.
• Review policies, coordinate corrections and delivery, assist with accounts receivable collections, and participate in E&O audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of daily client service experience, or at least 3 years of progressively responsible industry experience related to the role.
• Valid unrestricted California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license required.
• Strong understanding of insurance terminology, insurance brokerage operations, and commercial insurance lines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, achieve goals, solve problems logically, and present information clearly and precisely.
• Ability to work in an office environment, remain seated and use a computer for extended periods, and travel to client sites when required.
