What you will do

• Design and maintain safety and health programs, including Injury and Illness Prevention, Ergonomics, and Emergency Response Planning.
• Develop customized training curricula and deliver safety training to client staff in various settings, from offices to construction sites.
• Collaborate with clients to implement cost containment programs for workers’ compensation and general liability claims reduction.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure safety programs are implemented and achieving desired outcomes.
• Participate in sales and service calls to demonstrate loss control and risk reduction capabilities to prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain detailed account documentation and prepare monthly progress reports for leadership.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of directly related consulting experience in loss prevention, risk management, or safety/health fields.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental management, risk management, safety management, public health, or a similar field.
• Professional credential or license related to occupational safety and health or loss control.
• Strong knowledge of State and Federal industry standards for employee health and safety.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for frequent travel.
• Ability to travel 50%-70% of the time, including overnight stays.
