Employee Health & Benefits Account Executive (Consulting): Leading strategic client relationships and growth for a portfolio of employee benefits accounts with an accent on financial analysis, vendor negotiations, and complex problem resolution. Focus on driving retention, executing multi-year consulting strategies, and engaging with C-suite decision-makers to deliver high-value health and welfare solutions.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Conshohocken, PA (Hybrid)

Salary: $140,000–$180,000

What you will do

  • Own the strategic direction, retention, and organic growth for an assigned book of client business.
  • Serve as the primary executive point of contact for client decision-makers and internal service teams.
  • Lead renewal strategies, including financial analysis, plan design, and vendor negotiations.
  • Resolve complex client issues requiring independent judgment and deep technical benefits knowledge.
  • Develop and execute account plans to identify new revenue opportunities and product lines.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in Employee Health & Benefits consulting, brokerage, or insurance.
  • Active Life and Health License required.
  • Demonstrated experience operating at the C-suite level for negotiations and strategic planning.
  • Deep technical knowledge of the employee benefits landscape and regulatory environment.
  • Willingness to travel to client and prospect sites as required.
