What you will do

• Own the overall strategic relationship and outcomes for an assigned book of business.
• Set multi-year consulting strategies in partnership with clients to align with their business objectives.
• Lead client renewal strategies, including financial analysis, plan design recommendations, and vendor negotiations.
• Direct day-to-day client service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop account plans to drive retention and identify new revenue sources within existing accounts.
• Conduct executive-level strategic planning meetings and serve as the primary escalation point.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in Employee Health & Benefits consulting, brokerage, or insurance.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• Demonstrated experience operating at the C-suite level for negotiations and strategic planning.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid manner in Conshohocken, USA.
