What you will do

• Maintain and update the Communication Log daily.
• Create transmittal letters and other professional correspondence.
• Manage department scanning and electronic filing.
• Maintain agency EPIC files accurately and consistently.
• Document client conversations and emails according to internal procedures.
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines under pressure.

Requirements

• High school diploma required (College degree preferred).
• Current California Department of Insurance License required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a typical office environment or remotely within the US.
