What you will do

• Ensure high-quality project and roadmap execution with continuous improvements.
• Drive resource and succession planning, defining measurable priorities.
• Oversee cross-sector risks and critical paths, proactively mitigating issues.
• Manage project roadmaps, budgets, forecasts, and stakeholder communications.
• Coach and develop project managers, providing direction and feedback.
• Partner with departments to secure resources and translate strategy into actionable projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related.
• 3–7 years delivering construction/renovation projects, preferably in high-tech production (cleanroom preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Office.
• Knowledge of quality standards and relevant legislation.
• LEAN, PMBOK/PRINCE2 knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to assess technical implications and guide teams.
