What you will do

• Consult with OE Dealership and Non-OE Parts Suppliers on hirify.global SaaS platforms.
• Educate and train clients on product functionality to enhance usage post-onboarding.
• Track utilization metrics and usage trends to drive customer advocacy and satisfaction.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage interactions and identify upsell opportunities for the sales team.
• Execute targeted campaigns to mitigate churn and handle cancellation inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal Product, Sales, and Marketing teams for new feature launches and pilots.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success or account management within a fast-paced SaaS company.
• Associate degree from an accredited college or equivalent professional work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with a specific focus on Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for targeting specific client actions.
• Ability to thrive in a remote/hybrid work environment.
