Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong preference for Ruby on Rails.
• Proven full stack experience with one or more technology stacks.
• Strong background in system design, architecture, and scalable software.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding AK, DE, RI, VT, WY).
• Excellent collaboration and influence skills across diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Experience running a consulting company.
• Background in Machine Learning.
• Experience with functional languages like Elm, Haskell, OCaml, Elixir, or F#.
• Logistics industry experience.
