Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 USD OTE per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end customer rollouts, including data integration, model build-out, and production cutover.
• Build AI-driven automated test harnesses using LLMs to validate product releases against real customer use cases.
• Develop and maintain durable, version-controlled data integrations between ERP/GL systems and the platform.
• Diagnose and resolve complex data, performance, and correctness issues using deep SQL and consolidation logic.
• Ship bug fixes and feature extensions directly to the production codebase to unblock customers.
• Serve as a feedback loop for product and engineering teams to propose and build platform improvements.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, specifically with EPM/CPM or financial planning products.
• Direct experience with platforms like OneStream, Vena, Prophix, Anaplan, or TM1.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, or TypeScript to read and extend production code.
• Strong SQL and database fundamentals including schema design and query performance.
• Experience with ERP/GL integrations (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Must be based in North America.

Nice to have

• Domain expertise in CPG or manufacturing operational planning.
• Experience with AI-native tooling in a production data context.
