What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technical vision and strategy for your engineering squad.
• Make major technical decisions and influence team architecture and design choices.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineers across the team.
• Improve technical quality through rigorous design and code reviews.
• Communicate effectively with product managers, customers, and cross-functional leadership.
• Share expertise through internal tech talks and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in senior engineering roles designing APIs, abstractions, and tools.
• Expert-level knowledge of the Microsoft .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs).
• Strong experience with SQL databases (Microsoft SQL Server or similar).
• Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, and experience with TypeScript and React.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience with TypeScript and React.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field.
