What you will do

• Build and maintain key client and carrier relationships via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Assist clients with administration, billing, claims issues, and general problem-solving.
• Support the renewal process by analyzing coverage needs and presenting options to clients.
• Coordinate and conduct meetings with producers and clients to implement insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and activities within the client management system.
• Provide administrative support for special projects and stay updated on industry products and legislative changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and training.
• Two years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Appropriate insurance license(s) required.
• Strong client relations and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to commute to the Athens, GA office at least four days per week.
