What you will do

• Perform pre-loss and post-loss assessments and inventory cataloging at client locations.
• Manage reconstruction efforts and coordinate with various vendors to mitigate claim impacts.
• Compile detailed inventory lists, photographic evidence, and conduct in-depth client interviews.
• Apply leadership and project management skills to oversee the lifecycle of complex claims.
• Maintain extreme professionalism and attention to detail when interacting with high-net-worth clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in Texas and able to travel 30–60% of the time, including overnight trips.
• Experience in leadership, project management, or the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of fine arts, antiques, high-end furniture, textiles, or couture fashion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and general computer systems.
• Valid driver’s license.
