What you will do
- Deliver technical software support, setup, and implementation guidance to clients across a suite of products via email and phone.
- Troubleshoot application issues and resolve challenges to deliver effective solutions.
- Provide responsive, clear communication to build client trust from setup through ongoing success.
- Share relevant product features, best practices, and personalized guidance to drive client success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues quickly.
- Continuously learn products and industry trends to improve support quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Services, or equivalent education and experience.
- Comfort providing live support via phone and email while troubleshooting technical issues.
- Proactive problem-solving with a customer-focused mindset.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven approach with accuracy and efficiency.
- Adaptable and flexible in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Ability to travel during the second week of employment for training purposes (local or alternate location based on business needs).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with property management or real estate software, especially .
- Hands-on experience with technical support and application troubleshooting.
