What you will do

• Lead and manage merchandising teams during retail resets, remodels, and fixture installations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client Project Managers and Category Managers.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and to client quality standards.
• Perform onsite project management, documentation, and reporting via company software.
• Train new W-2 Project Specialists and supervise third-party temporary labor.
• Coach, develop, and provide ongoing performance feedback to field employees.

Requirements

• Must reside in Florida, preferably within the Orlando or Tampa metropolitan area.
• Ability to travel up to 70%, including frequent overnight travel and multiple consecutive weeks.
• Three or more years of merchandising experience in big box, warehouse, grocery, or home improvement retail.
• Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work overnight, early morning, weekend, and extended schedules.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended shifts on concrete surfaces.
