What you will do

• Manage hotel contracts and inventory for assigned conferences.
• Set up housing blocks and amenity charts in OneSystem+.
• Coordinate rate verification and welcome letters with hotel partners.
• Establish and manage oversell percentages using historical data.
• Collaborate with the Housing Executive to ensure inventory availability and cut-off compliance.
• Provide operational support and reporting for client meetings and event status updates.

Requirements

• Must have hotel or hospitality industry experience.
• Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
• Working knowledge of hotel contractual conditions and policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Ability to travel 25-30% of the time.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Passkey.
• Background in hotel front office, meetings, or operations.
• Experience in hotel sourcing and contract negotiations.
