Mass Inventory Analyst (Retail)

Location: Remote within the United States; listed locations include Bentonville, Minneapolis, and Richardson.

What you will do

• Develop and manage forecast plans for Walmart and Target at item and total-business levels.
• Partner with Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain, retailer inventory teams, and Walmart and Target planners.
• Create ladder plans to support accurate inventory flow and timely purchase order creation.
• Provide forecasting, inventory, POS, promotional, and campaign performance reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate import purchase order updates, forecast changes, and factory information.
• Identify trends and opportunities for future product listings, assortment expansion, and marketing investment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in inventory planning, forecasting, analytics, supply chain, sales support, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working with data.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail customers, inventory systems, reporting tools, or AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT is a plus.
