Location: Must reside in specific US states (AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA) or Ontario, Canada. Must maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours.

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Map user journeys and identify friction points through structured product walkthroughs.
• Monitor user feedback from reviews and support tickets to generate actionable insights.
• Drive bug triage and resolution in collaboration with engineering.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, including landing pages and compliance features.
• Design and contribute to A/B testing and experiments to improve the purchase funnel.
• Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear hypotheses and technical requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, or product/business operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently structure and interpret data.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Residency in designated US states or Ontario, Canada is required.
• Ability to maintain regular daily overlap with China business hours.
