What you will do

• Lead the warehouse to build and maintain a culture of safety, including performing audits and participating in the Plant Health & Safety Review board.
• Monitor material flow and adjust the workforce and job rotations accordingly to ensure operational flexibility.
• Oversee that all materials are properly verified, picked, put away, and confirmed according to warehouse metrics.
• Perform regular audits to ensure proper inventory management and conformance to standard procedures.
• Conduct shift turnover meetings to ensure seamless communication and efficiency in warehouse operations.
• Provide leadership through coaching, counseling, and feedback to associates to improve performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in New Bern, North Carolina.
• Ability to work 8+ hours per day and 40+ hours per week.
• No written disciplinary warnings within six months of the posting date.
• No job awards through posting in the previous six months (certain exceptions apply).
• Maintain at least 17 UTO hours.
