Materials Manager (BESS)

What you will do

• Manage the physical receipt, inspection, and documentation of all project materials and equipment.
• Organize and maintain site receiving rules, laydown areas, and warehouse space.
• Ensure all materials are stored, maintained, and issued in compliance with project procedures.
• Train staff and craft labor on proper receiving and storage protocols.
• Liaise with engineering and procurement to ensure timely delivery of project materials.
• Monitor inventory metrics, OS&D processes, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Must be able to work onsite in Mount Holly, NC.
• Proficiency in database management and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work extended work weeks as required by the project.
• Must pass pre-employment onboarding requirements including background check and drug screen.
