What you will do

• Maintain accurate standard and current costs for inventory valuation and sales quotes.
• Analyze cost variances including labor, material usage, and purchase price.
• Prepare monthly margin, inventory, and overhead spending reports.
• Lead cross-functional teams to reduce excess inventory and manage cycle count programs.
• Ensure strong internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for inventory processes.
• Assist the CFO with annual budget preparation and reconcile work orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with AS400 systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
