What you will do

• Collaborate with owners, design engineers, and contractors to ensure MEP systems meet project requirements.
• Perform commissioning activities for new construction, renovations, and retro-commissioning projects.
• Verify installation, startup, and testing of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Document commissioning processes and findings in accordance with construction documents.
• Maintain regular field presence on active construction sites to monitor progress and system performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of field or operational experience involving building automation systems (BAS) construction.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing ladders and accessing mechanical rooms.
• Must be able to travel 50% to 75% of the time, primarily for day trips to project sites.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
