Salary: $143,000 – $191,000

What you will do

• Oversee installation and testing of critical systems including generators, UPS, electrical distribution, and cooling systems (chillers, CDUs).
• Develop, review, and implement comprehensive commissioning plans and quality-related documentation.
• Collaborate with general contractors, trade partners, and vendors to ensure projects are completed to highest standards.
• Conduct site visits and witness functional commissioning tests and field installations.
• Act as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams during commissioning activities.
• Generate reports on project progress, problems, and solutions for leadership and clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in MEP commissioning, preferably in data centers or critical facility environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of BMS, EPMS, and complex MEP building systems.
• Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks: NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and ASHRAE.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard commissioning software.
