What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and supervise a team of approximately 8 plumbing designers and engineers.
• Lead departmental initiatives to champion design standardization, efficiency, and innovation.
• Perform complex plumbing design assignments for large-scale facilities and commercial projects.
• Conduct thorough technical reviews of team deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee design processes within Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to meet project milestones.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in an MEP design environment.
• Technical or Associate degree in plumbing, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial and industrial plumbing systems.
• High proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and modern plumbing design software.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and manage project budgets.

Nice to have

• Active Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD) credential.
• Prior experience managing and scaling technical engineering teams in a consulting or design-build environment.
