What you will do

• Act as a client representative on-site to support quality and commissioning teams.
• Plan and coordinate daily commissioning activities with client and general contractor teams.
• Monitor the execution of commissioning processes for mechanical (HVAC, chillers) and electrical (UPS, generators, switchgear) systems.
• Review commissioning plans, protocols, and functional testing procedures to ensure project alignment.
• Validate system performance and reliability through L0 to L5 testing activities.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including test results, issue logs, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commissioning mechanical and electrical systems for data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Proven track record of managing MEP teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.

Nice to have

• Advanced certifications such as CEM, CPMP, or PMP.
• Experience with hyperscale or colocation data centers.
• Familiarity with BMS, EPMS, and SCADA monitoring systems.
