Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and HR business partners regarding policies and processes.
• Manage the daily intake, triage, and resolution of inquiries using Zendesk.
• Analyze employee data and document solutions to maintain accurate knowledge resources.
• Partner with HR business partners to share best practices and guide decision-making.
• Support special HR projects and gain exposure to subject matter experts.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as SAP or Workday.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commitment to confidentiality and integrity in managing sensitive employee data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work variable schedules and overtime with short notice.
