What you will do

• Develop and execute paid ad strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.
• Use data-driven insights to analyze performance and refine strategies.
• Conduct creative, audience, and budget A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
• Implement proprietary program and campaign setups to align with client systems.
• Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google.
• Proven track record in optimizing campaigns for ROAS and lead generation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for client interaction.
• Willingness to learn new systems and approaches unique to client processes.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week during Mountain Time business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in a digital marketing agency, preferably in the U.S.
