hirify.global is a sourcing firm hiring on behalf of a client to grow their digital presence and lead generation.

What you will do

• Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Remarketing to improve CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
• Execute SEO strategies including keyword research (SEMrush, Ahrefs), on-page optimization, and technical improvements.
• Manage social media content and engagement to grow audience reach and brand awareness.
• Track and report performance using GA4 and Google Search Console to provide actionable growth recommendations.
• Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms and engagement.
• Proven SEO experience using SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Excellent written English and copywriting skills.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Background in SaaS, B2B, or E-commerce industries.
• Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and content marketing workflows.
