What you will do

• Manage digital marketing platforms including email marketing, WhatsApp, websites, landing pages, and eCommerce.
• Build and optimize automated customer journeys and lead nurturing campaigns using Oracle Eloqua.
• Monitor website performance and digital campaign metrics via analytics and tracking tools to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support website maintenance, SEO initiatives, and platform integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical issues and improve digital processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing and/or digital marketing roles.
• Advanced English level (C1).
• Must be based in Colombia (Hybrid setup).

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Eloqua or other marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTMs, CMS, and tracking tools.
• Experience with Salesforce, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and WhatsApp Business.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and experience with APIs/platform integrations.
• Portuguese language proficiency.
