What you will do

• Launch advertising campaigns, including keyword research and asset generation for banners and videos.
• Coordinate with developers and content departments to implement campaign requirements.
• Monitor and optimize key metrics including traffic, conversions, CPA, and CAC.
• Conduct regular reporting, generate hypotheses, and run growth experiments.
• Perform research and analysis to identify new areas for optimization and scale.
• Collaborate with internal brand product managers and external partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Google Ads.
• 2+ years of experience with Meta Ads.
• 2+ years of experience with additional paid traffic channels.
• Solid understanding of measurement and conversion tracking nuances.
• Experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher.
