What you will do

• Engage senior technical decision-makers across the industrial automation ecosystem, including rugged device makers and MES/MOM platform providers.
• Own the technical core of opportunities, designing how hybrid agentic Voice AI and embedded voice run on customer hardware or edge silicon.
• Drive technical evaluations, PoCs, and proofs-of-value to clear roadblocks and secure signed deals.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and professional services to align field insights with product delivery.
• Influence product roadmaps by feeding plant-floor acoustics and integration requirements back to engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial/Automation Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in solutions/sales engineering, technical pre-sales, or systems integration.
• Deep understanding of the industrial automation stack (PLC, SCADA/HMI, OPC UA, MQTT, ISA-95/ISA-88).
• Experience with hybrid edge/cloud architectures, embedded systems, and offline-first deployment.
• Knowledge of industrial hardware (rugged handhelds, wearables, AR glasses) and AI-ready silicon (SoCs/NPUs).
• Authorized to work in the country of hire without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a relevant engineering or computer science discipline.
• Hands-on experience with leading MES/MOM or EAM platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell, AVEVA).
• Experience with speech AI, on-device SLMs, and audio front-end integration.
• Familiarity with OT cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443) and functional-safety.
