What you will do

• Define end-to-end Industry 4.0 and Industrial AI solution architectures.
• Architect integrations between frontline operations and enterprise systems like MES, ERP, and PLM.
• Drive the deployment of Voice AI, Edge AI, and SLMs across industrial environments.
• Lead technical discussions with customers, partners, and internal engineering teams.
• Ensure solutions meet industrial safety, cybersecurity, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Industrial AI, IIoT, or Smart Manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0, OT/IT convergence, and factory automation ecosystems.
• Proven experience with Digital Twin platforms such as NVIDIA Omniverse or Azure Digital Twins.
• Experience deploying and integrating Small Language Models (SLMs) in edge environments.
• Proficiency with industrial protocols including OPC UA, MQTT, PLC, and SCADA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and RAG systems.
• Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity standards like IEC 62443.
• Experience with major industrial ecosystems like Siemens, Rockwell, or Schneider Electric.
