Salary: $178,000 — $273,900 USD

What you will do

• Lead the architectural vision for Workday and the global Hire-to-Retire ecosystem.
• Design secure enterprise integration and middleware solutions connecting People systems to the corporate stack.
• Architect the technical foundation for HR automation, including Agentic AI workflows and MCP ecosystems.
• Develop Proofs of Concept and rapid prototypes to validate complex integrations.
• Translate business strategy into a prioritized technical roadmap and provide governance for delivery teams.
• Own Workday environment and release strategy, including tenant management and deployment readiness.

Requirements

• 15+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years of hands-on Workday expertise.
• 4+ years as a Solutions or Enterprise Architect supporting HR/People systems.
• Deep knowledge of Workday architecture (HCM, Payroll, Security, Integrations).
• Experience architecting AI capabilities, specifically Agentic and Generative AI.
• Strong understanding of SOX controls and global privacy regulations.
• Must be based in or able to work from the specified US offices (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Relevant industry certifications such as Workday Pro, TOGAF, or Agile/Scrum credentials.
