Facilities Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Englewood, Colorado, with the posting also referencing Beehive's Centennial and Knoxville facilities; the role requires on-site work at a company facility. U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance are required.

Salary: $28.00–$40.00 per hour base salary.

What you will do

• Perform advanced preventative, corrective, and inspection work on facility systems and production-support equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pneumatic, compressed-gas, and building systems.
• Maintain and optimize chillers, compressors, generators, CNC support systems, and additive manufacturing equipment.
• Manage work orders, asset tracking, maintenance documentation, and equipment reliability activities through CMMS or similar systems.
• Support equipment installation, relocation, setup, commissioning, facility moves, and event-space setup.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, leadership, vendors, and contractors on repairs and facility improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; formal mechanical, electrical, or facilities trade training is preferred.
• 2–4 years of facility maintenance, industrial maintenance, construction, or related hands-on experience.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, compressed-gas, or mechanical systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation and independently resolve facility issues.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, Microsoft Office, and CMMS or facility maintenance tracking systems.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with CNC machines, additive manufacturing, vacuum systems, material transfer systems, or industrial piping.
• Experience coordinating vendors and contractors or improving preventative maintenance and facility reliability programs.
• Lean Manufacturing, TPM, automotive, aerospace, or industrial maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with Limble or similar CMMS platforms.
