What you will do

• Own and monitor production KPIs including on-time delivery, first-pass yield, and cost efficiency.
• Lead daily production activities to ensure safe and efficient execution of schedules.
• Manage and coach a cross-functional team across production, quality, materials, and maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools like 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Planning to resolve bottlenecks and optimize resource utilization.
• Perform root cause analysis to address operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work daily in Jacksonville, FL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles.
• Proven track record of improving operational KPIs and driving cost-saving initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Lean manufacturing principles and production workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, Tableau, and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• APICS or CPIM supply chain certification.
• Experience with INFOR/Syteline ERP systems.
